The Arran Tokaji Aszu Wine Cask is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Arran distillery. It was distilled in 1998 and subsequently bottled in August 2007. The whisky was aged for 8 years in bourbon casks and then finished for an additional 7 months in Tokaji Aszu wine casks from Hungary. This finishing process contributes to the flavor profile of the whisky. The product was bottled at a cask strength of 55.0% ABV with a total of 7,320 bottles were released.
