The Bimber London Bridge is a cask-strength single malt whisky with a strength of 58.7% ABV, matured in ex-Port cask #35. It is part of Bimber's Spirit of the Underground series, created in collaboration with Transport for London to commemorate various stations in the London Underground network. This particular release celebrates London Bridge station, which holds the distinction of being one of the oldest railway stations in the world.
Bimber Distillery maintains a "farm-to-bottle" approach, sourcing all of its barley from a single producer and employing traditional floor maltings and slow fermentation methods. This bottle is part of the second release in the Spirit of the Underground series and is one of only 305 bottles produced. The whisky has been bottled without chill filtration or artificial coloring, aligning with the distillery's commitment to natural production processes.
