Bivrost Niflheim - Arctic Single Malt Whisky

This expression's production process speaks volumes of the distillery's innovative approach. It's triple distilled using Nordic barley and pilsner malt. The water, sourced from a local spring, receives melted glacier water from the Lyngen alpine range, contributing to its unique Arctic character. This careful distillation process results in a new make spirit with an ABV of 75% after 8 to 10 hours.

The Bivrost Niflheim is matured in an underground storage vault, formerly part of a network of tunnels in a Cold War NATO base. The distillery's location at the foot of the Lyngen Alps in Arctic Norway provides the whisky with a remarkable Arctic touch. Each bottle of this limited release is individually numbered, with only 1622 bottles available, ensuring its exclusivity.
