GlenDronach Cask Strength Batch No. 5 is a single malt whisky matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered and retains its natural color.
The whisky has a cask strength of 55.3% ABV. It was introduced into GlenDronach's core range in 2012 as the fifth release in their Cask Strength Series.
The bottling is part of a revival initiated in 2008 when GlenDronach was acquired by The BenRiach Distillery Company. The batch contributes to the brand's reputation for quality and complexity.
