The Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky produced by Suntory Whisky. This particular blend is crafted from a selection of malt and grain whiskies from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. One of the noteworthy features is its aging process, which includes maturation in a variety of casks such as Mizunara, a rare Japanese oak.
