The Laphroaig 1980 - 27 Year Old - Sherry Casks is a single malt whisky that was distilled in 1980 and bottled in 2007 after maturing for 27 years. A limited edition, it was drawn from five Oloroso Sherry casks and has a strength of 57.4% Vol. The production was limited to 972 bottles. This release was selected by Master Blender Robert Hicks and Distillery Manager John Campbell, whose signatures appear on the label.
