The Mars Maltage 28 Year Old - 3 Plus 25 is a blended whisky that was awarded the World's Best Blended Malt at the 2013 World Whiskies Awards. The whisky is a blend of spirits from the now-closed Kagoshima and Yamanashi distilleries, which were then aged for an additional 25 years in Nagano. It was distilled at Kagoshima and The Mars Shinshu Distillery and bottled in 2011, with a vintage of 1983. A total of 3,800 bottles were produced.
