The Midleton Very Rare 2000 is a collectible whisky that has been released annually by the Midleton Distillery since 1984. Each bottle from this series is numbered and carries the signature of the master distiller, Barry Crockett, which contributes to its collectibility. The 2000 release is a blend of whiskies aged between 12 and 25 years in Bourbon casks.
