The Nikka Yoichi Apple Brandy Wood Finish is a limited edition single malt whisky released in 2020 to mark the centenary of the marriage between Nikka's founder, Masataka Taketsuru, and Jessie Roberta Cowen, known as Rita. This whisky is a product of the Yoichi distillery and has been finished in casks that previously contained apple brandy, which imparts a nuanced flavor profile to the spirit. A total of 6,700 bottles were produced, each with a volume of 700 ml and an alcohol content of 47.0% by volume.
