The Springbank 11 Year Old, under the Local Barley series, is a single malt Scotch whisky. Distilled in May 2011 and bottled in December 2022, it employs Belgravia barley, sourced from the nearby Glencraigs farm, adding a unique terroir to the spirit. The whisky matures in a diverse range of casks: 55% in sherry, 35% in bourbon, and 10% in rum casks, resulting in an ABV of 55.1%.
