The whisky was initially matured for 30 years before being transferred to seven Oloroso sherry hogsheads for an additional 20 years, resulting in a total aging period of 50 years. It was bottled in 2015 by The Last Drop Distillers Limited (LDDL) and is limited to 898 bottles.
