The Bimber Camden Town is a single malt whisky in the Spirit of the Underground series, produced by Bimber Distillery in collaboration with Transport for London. This edition honors Camden Town Station on the London Underground network and is part of the third series release. The whisky is matured exclusively in an Amontillado Sherry cask, marked by the cask number 288/23, and is one of 351 bottles in this limited release.
Adhering to a farm-to-bottle approach, Bimber Distillery sources all its barley from a single producer and utilizes traditional floor malting and slow fermentation techniques. The whisky has a cask strength of 58.5% ABV and is bottled without chill filtration or artificial coloring.
