This single malt was developed in collaboration between Macallan's Whisky Maker, Polly Logan, and the Roca brothers, renowned for their culinary expertise at El Celler de Can Roca. This partnership aimed to create a whisky embodying New York's unique character, resulting in a blend matured in a mix of six American and European oak casks.
